I need to use these when I'm doing technology training with Ts. Some get very uncomfortable learning new things.

We must be careful sometimes. For some they respond better in private vs infront of the class.

Of course. We must know our Ss and what motivates/stresses them. I have found very few who don't like it in a "family" classroom.

Sometimes the celebration might need to be done in private and low key. It's so important to know your learners.

A6 That is often a classroom discussion and/or 1:1 discussion. The key is to find out WHY it's difficult for the student.
