    #tlap A5. Time management is a skill I am trying to get around...for both myself and my Ss. So umpteen times time schedule organisers are made for me and for them and some are followed, some need to be . Constant reminders and encouragement is the key so far .

    A5: The best way I've found to maintain focus for the day is by getting my pre-work routine right. Get good sleep, get a workout in, prep my food and snacks for the day. All of these go a long, long way in keeping me sharp. #TLAP

    A4 I've never done this w/ Ss, but when I played D1 in college my coach had us write down some thoughts that held us back.. them we burned them - it was a nice reminder that fears only have power over is if we let them.. I think MS Ss would like this #tlap
