A1: Infographics are a great way to show what students are learning. The best thing is that you can add to it daily
A1: posters reflect S perspective of what they have learned and what they're passions are.
They basically add words and sketches about a topic or question to a collaborative poster.

Also I am teaching surface area so 3D shapes
Been doing blended learning. Use the markers only when having them use their dry erase whiteboards.
Every time we cross paths, I get ideas....

They really were quite amazingly done; back before I knew that Ts shared S work online. Hiding in a cupboard.
my Ss this year like ketchup/mustard for partner work. Matches our counters.
A3) Popsicle sticks have "jobs" for them to do within the team, they pick team, they pick sticks, sometimes a trade may happen
A3: I explain the importance of group work and encourage Ss to interact with someone they may not know well. Share work.
A3: Sketch a plan, assign parts or just let them go at it! Only rule - all can add and build, but can only erase your own.
I am a fan of students doing a self evaluation at end to tell what they contributed.
They are pretty honest
A3: It depends on the work being done. Draft work, research and planning? In a GDoc for revision history. In class time to obs.
A3: I let my Ss usually decide their groups after talking about expectations.Always important to remind about equity & cleanup!
A3 we do a chair share at the end. Involves standing on chairs and a drum clap out for nice working groups.

I like to give kids options ... let them choose, but sometimes force them to work together.
