    A2: Every year I have the students answer questions about me. Then I have them write me a letter. They can put anything in it. I collect all of them and create a book. I have 12 years of these little books. I love going back and reading them. #3rdchat

    A2. Each student gets a small hardback blank book and they create an A to Z book of 3rd grade memories. #3rdchat

    It is SO fabulous. I read a story and draw a picture on the board while telling the story. I have my students copy the picture on their own papers are a little white boards. There’s always some kind of twist that gets them all excited!! #3rdchat

    A2: We create lots of projects at the end of the year like a Mother's Day video, and something special for the students to do over the summer. We also celebrate accomplishments as we "graduate" to 4th grade. #3rdchat

    Our school has an outdoor education component. Every grade level k-12 participates on some level. We spend the day off campus at a nature center then camp on the deserted campus under the stars! So much fun and great memories. It is the first overnight trip! #3rdchat

    It is about 45 minutes for a short meet and greet. Students get to ask questions and the teacher team is there to answer. #3rdchat

    A3: Get sleep. If I am tired, then the students will sense my mood. Eat right, try to relax, be careful to stay on top of tasks at home and at school so I don't get burned out. #3rdchat

    I workout every weekday at 6:30 AM. 30 minutes strength and cardio workouts. I work on staying disciplined as the year closes. That's when I need it the most. #3rdchat

    A4 offer to help when you see someone in need. Cover a recess or carpool duty. Write them an encouraging note. Bring them a treat. Let them know you see their hard work. Praise their hard work. show genuine appreciation any way you can. Stay positive! #3rdchat

    A7. We wait for all the buses to arrive on the last day and walk the kids to their bus and give hugs. Once each grade level has loaded one at a time, all the Ts line up and wave as the kids wave and cry and shout out the windows. #3rdchat

    A7: We have 9 elementary schools in our district. I love it when the seniors come back to their home elementary school in their cap and gown and walk the hallways with the elementary students cheering them on! It helps the students understand what the future holds. #3rdchat
