A2: Honestly, reading. I just finished @gcouros book The Innovator's Mindset and it was PHENOMENAL. I couldn't wait to get back in the classroom. Now I am reading #puregenius#txeduchat
A2: I find inspiration/motivation in classrooms. Whenever I feel like I am starting to drag I book it to a classroom and work directly with Ss and showcase the great work Ts do. #txeduchat
#TXEduchat The parent perspective is HUGE. When I'm in a classroom and I think, "I wish my kids could have had this teacher," I know I'm seeing a "difference-maker."

#TXEduchat "Make less noise." I love this concept. Sometimes we feel that "making noise" equates to action, but sometimes quiet observation can be much more powerful.
I do that on a regular basis. If they don't get on Twitter, they don't see it. I make a point of telling them that I shared something with them! #TXeduchat

#TXeduchat Yes!!! It is so easy to get isolated, especially at this time of year as everyone is gearing up and getting busy, but taking the time to share & listen with a trusted colleague...has impact.

#TXeduchat I love "get in other classrooms." SOOOOOOO important. Just 15 minutes here and there, in your building or another in district, gives you insights.
