A1: Health Office programs included "Choose to Lose," monitoring BP or blood sugars, blood drives and so on.

A1: is taught in MS/HS Advisories and offered to teachers and other adults. Also , sports, etc.

A3: I lost 50 lbs (22kg) in 18 months and have encouraged a number of staff members to take diet & exercise seriously.

A1 We hv a Ts group that plays football once we hv a committee that promotes the well being of staff with events

Mindfulness is taught here in ES but sadly absent from MS/HS. Hope that will change.

A1 Nurses provide a yearly wellness wk, & always available for check ups, etc. HS has wellness as one of their supervision goals.

Does the school organize or support those or just teacher initiatives?

athletic dir. initiates. Ts sponsor and organize. I've done it every year cause it's SO important!

I had a buddy in the States print them for me. Ts have them on cars, water bottles, etc. Next is tshirts...
