També és cert que hi ha docents que es passen el curs anant a un #edcamp, participant a actes de la @FundacioBofill, escrivint a blogs o debatent al #xatac5 i ningú ho considera formació (o aprenentatge).
Això també s'hauria de repensar.
I d'aquest percentatge cal restar els que fan formació per poder cobrar sexennis, pocs però n'hi ha. Jo crec que caldria un replantejament profund de la formació del professorat, més enllà dels cursos, seminaris i turisme pedagògic. Formació als centres i universitària inclosa.
