A4: Create the very best plan you can, but deviate from the plan when needed - learning is amazing and wild and messy... sometimes it follows your plan, but often something beautifully unexpected happens and you need abandon the plan to run with it!! #OrEdChat
A4: Be prepared. No one likes to wait for a teacher to grab their supplies or look up the answers in the back. Be ready. (This advice is to me as much as to anyone else! But it’s legit! It makes such a difference in student engagement when you come prepped!) #oredchat
