A7 Definitely Canva, esp for graphics shared on social media. Also InDesign bc I'm old & first learned on QuarkXpress. lol

Anyone sending email newsletters should use Litmus or Email On Acid to test. You'd be horrified by what Outlook does to design.

*actually* I first learned with a wax machine and line tape. But first software was Quark. (Well, Print Shop for banners lol)
