A1 Increase our ‘awesomizer’ behaviors & extinguish ‘awfulizer’ behaviors, focus on what we want to see/expect of students & staff vs. the opposite, lift students as we try to lift colleagues vs. responding to undesired behaviors in negative ways #culturize#PWCSBuildingBridges
A2: Behaving in a positive way. Leading by example and not necessarily by words or big shows. If you can do the little stuff, others will see it and start doing it too. #PWCSBuildingBridges#culturize

A2: #Culturize#PWCSBuildingBridges I always try to start and end with a positive. I think that to change the conversation you have to be the go getter and start it. Some people find no harm in their negativity & as an educator who wants to see the change, you must be the change.

A1: remember that we, as adults, are not perfect. Don’t project that expectation on to students or colleagues. We are all still learning through each other and our experiences. Enjoy it. #PWCSBuildingBridges#Culturize
A1: Gossip! Of course there are academic things and interventions that we need to know about a student from their previous grade level..but sometimes once we get into pure negativity, we can do without it. #PWCSBuildingBridges#Culturize
