-
Very good thanks you. Been a good start to the week here. Focus is on our Tadpoles!
-
Welcome!! A friendly bunch here! Sometimes we are busy, other times on the slower side! :) Good to learn slow!
-
What part of England are you from? Heidi here in America and Lyndsey is in Scotland!
-
I never really got Twitter.... but determined to get the hang of it!

Oxfordshire! In the countryside! ]

Bonjour à nos collègues d'enseignement du français!
-
It has an "ebb and flow" to it! It took me a YEAR before I really "got it"!
-
I have to look up every single place! My English geography is so bad!!!
-
It's remembering to add the hashtag! And also trying to follow the idividual conversation threads lol
-
Can't be worse than my Geography! We are about as far from the sea as you can get in the UK
-
Yes!! Try using "tweetchat"! It makes it sooooo much easier!!
-
haaaa that's a great description!! I am in "New" Jersey so I'm about an hour away from the ocean!
-
To be fair.... the nearest for us is about 90 ins away lol. but still the furthest point!
-
I hated geography at school so I'm not good at places either!
-
-
i need to play more of the children's geography board games!
-
It's a free "plug in" type of app! Google "tweetchat" and click through the steps! Easy!
-
haa! True! I LOVE geography but I have to keep looking at maps otherwise I start to forget!
-
i will have a look and see what i can find
-
So tonight is a red topic: "Reflections": Let's hear your reflections on your year and what you want to add to or do next!
-
Yes! Wow! I just looked and this starts our last rotation for the school year!
-
-
Love that new view Lyndsey!!
-
Need recommendations for great Ts to follow for new teacher on Twitter. Thanks!
-
I know UK goes so much longer than NAmerica but always good to look forward/back! US schools already winding down!
-
ok I really enjoyed the start of the year as I was outside loads but haven't had that recently.
-
-
These chats and my studying have helped me understand the importance of child led play. I want to keep getting better at role
-
You are year round is that right?
-
It's such a dance! I feel in some ways I was better 4 years ago and then sometimes I think- no! It's such a process!
-
Keep reflection at the forefront of teaching is so key! Is why these chats really accelerate learning and practice!
-
-
I also have loved doing more reflecting on practice and then learning from it
-
yeah apart from my glorious two weeks at Christmas! I'm on holiday next week though yay!
-
Oh that's wonderful!! So glad you get some down time!!
-
yes I agree it helps you see the bigger picture of most situations too.
-
"The median wage for all child care workers didn’t reach $15.00 per hour in a single state. " https://t.co/YaTdkTIYfW

-

-

-
Iv not been on for a while, quiet one tonight?
-
It has been cold and wet here (more than usual spring!) so I've been thinking of you over there!!!
-
ooo that's great! It's always nice to have a wee change
-
yeah I think it can be difficult after a break as it changes so quickly!
-
Yes! :) Nice! How are you!? We are chit chatting! Topic is reflections moving forward and past year!
-
haha we had a lovely sunny week last week! It was actually hot!!!! ☀️🌞
-
Yes! I am ready! Am looking forward to infusing more Early Years philosophy into older grades!!!
-
You must have had our weather and us yours!!
-
So what was new in your room this year that you liked and will be sure to do or expand on next year?
-
For me, it is most certainly our daily walk!! Also plans to expand- this is directly from YOU UK educators... our MUD Kitchen!
-
definitely, I finished my degree a few weeks before babies arrived. I'm hoping it all comes back quickly :)
-
Are you back teaching or still on (leave? maternity? what do they say there?!) :)
-
we have a much better writing area this year which children have really enjoyed def want to extend this!
-
Hi friends, would you help a preschool class by pinning photos of water all around the world on a map ? https://t.co/OVRt2LDjy4
-
That's why those "list and label" books are so key to reading
-
Great!! What did you add to improve?
-
easing myself back in gently with cover work atm. What age group are you with?
-
Yes!! How do I pin? Trying to figure!
-
I am w 5 and 6 year olds! Moving to larger ages next year! 4yrs-10yrs! :)
-
I will try to translate my tutorial but it's really simple. In the description area you have to put this {{url}}
-
I also want to add small journals they can take on their walks to study, draw in and record findings-
-
I think I've got it!! I will do with my class tomorrow?!
-
I added where I am now but the children should add? Or doesn't matter?
-
I've got it now! Make sure to reach out to
-
