Welcome to the October 30th #ETCoaches#ISTE Twitter Chat. Today's topic is Project management skills for all! Start with a small introduction of who you are and where are you at/from!
#ETCoaches - Hello again from PA! I am an online ed tech coach and educational content manager. I am currently writing my grad paper on project-based learning (literally due in a few hours). Interesting connections to this topic!!

Q2: I am currently leveraging my Google Calendar to allow for appointment slots, keeping a collaborative task list and commenting on it as tasks get completed or updated, and doing goal check ins. #etcoaches
A2 - Our @REMCAssociation provided #ScrumMaster training for us at our annual retreat - we delved into the methodology of Project Management and how to organize, elevate, and prioritize work. It has truly impacted our workflow on projects on https://t.co/GTBs8o9YwN#ETCoaches

A3 - My "students" are the 10,000 teachers I serve in metro-Detroit. One of our workshops on #PBL provides a framework for planning, implementing, prioritizing, and facilitating #DigitalLearning in the #21things4 classroom https://t.co/4UUzCmV6xb#ETCoaches
A3: We are modeling the use of @GoogleKeep and @googlecalendar for our students, as well as encouraging students to giving them tasklists to initial off once tasks are completed. #etcoaches

A4 - Teacher are role models for students and should be able to walk/talk PM - aren't we facilitating the most important project - creating successful contributors to our society? #ETCoaches
Exactly. PM skills are more than career skills, they are life skills. How are you planning in maintaining the momentum and reinforcing this skill w Ss in the future? #ETCoaches
Q5: https://t.co/zcfLph7qVK shares "The world runs on projects… Managing and leading projects are essential life skills, learning skills and career skills". Do you agree or not with this statement? Why? #ETCoaches
A5 - P21 reminds me of my days as a CTE teacher -my Business Students learned to be self- reliant, where work habits and PM were key tp success. Their role in my classroom was a series of tasks and projects leading them to a job title. #ETCoaches
Q6: There are 4 different types of #learning projects (Inquiry-Design-Debate-Expression) that can take place in a learning environment. Which are the types you find challenging to apply at your setting and why? #ETCoaches
