    A2: The answer to that depends on the skill set and passions of that individual teacher. We have to build them up, scaffold leadership learning, and then provide opportunities to lead within team, department, school, and/or district. #MEMSPAchat

    A2: Each month, during our staff meeting, we have a "Staff Spotlight" where teachers showcase something they're doing in their classroom that they're proud of. This encourages ALL teachers to share and build capacity in our team. #MEMSPAchat

    A7: This might be off base, but in order to practice teacher self-care, we spent time in our last staff meeting writing a gratitude card to anyone that staff chose. It was low tech..but modeled human connection and mindfulness. #MEMSPAchat

    A6: SEL is a big focus for our school. We have implemented mindfulness, trauma informed care training, stressed relationship building, Class Catalyst-SEL 3 min student self check. We need to help teach our students to self regulate and deal with conflict. #MEMSPAchat

    A6: This year, our new behavior coach and I are leading restorative circles with students. The simple format, which allows student voice, is a game changer. Students request them now to work though things. #memspachat

    A7: We’ve taken blended learning and incorporated it into staff meetings. Many staff had training on how to do it in the classroom, our leadership team wanted to model it for all staff. Much more engaging and enjoyable. #MEMSPAchat

    We had Adaptive Schools @Think_Collab training this past Aug. & it was life changing for me. I took a few staff with me and we have used many of the strategies to motivate and increase productive communication and collaboration. It has changed me as a person, too! #memspachat
