Yesterday a great teacher helped refocus my PLC. I am crazy grateful. She found a solution when I was in too deep to see one.

I always make an effort of telling people I work with that their actions are appreciated and showing by my actions
so agree! Gratitude equals healthy mindset. Something we need to pass along to our students and parents.
