A2. Myth - they are not authentic but are scripted.
I am new to all of the podcasts, but would like to know more.
A2: Not sure. Is it just people talking online or more like a radio show?
A2: I would say there are two types. Scripted and free form. Both have their place.

A2: Probably that it requires lots of equipment like a regular studio.
So much for trying to watch two screens at one time. :-)
Its centered around Personalized Learning through the lens of Ts voice. I have a schedule, the Ts pick the topic

Taking notes on all the great info. I like podcasts over video because I can listen & cook dinner, etc. at the same time.

Cool! I think Ts should try this as a learning experience. They should consider creating one or participating in one.

...I am not sure how I would introduce it to my younger kids
Great question! Podcasts are something that are archived & that you can go back to as some are live & others are not
How do you integrate learning targets in your lessons?
I really like the idea of podcasts that folsom can listen to while doing other things.

I think I can do that- once I figure out what program to start with. :)
A4. I have seen a school use students to do a weekly class podcast that summed up the things they learned that week in school.

Podcasts can be used appropriately for students at every academic level.
I'm going to look at the suggestions of podcasts to start with and learn more about how I can use the program in my own class
Q7: I have a list of podcasts to listen to now and my goal is to check out at least one this week.
