ACCESS 2.0 had to be revised scores too high SS need + support - last yr my newcomer scored 5.6 overall- still in ESL needs support

A5) still administering PARCC to gr.4 & 5 ELLs incredibly hard - 5.5 ACCESS score is not enough for most ELA questions very hard
