    We also need to teach them that there ARE appropriate ways to challenge things they disagree with. Instead of "listen to the teacher", we should be teaching them to communicate with the teacher. #satchat

      A6 I polled my ss and asked how much they thought i liked them. one gave me a 1 our of 5. i met with him. we talked. i changed my behavior. he wrote me a letter at the end of the year telling me how much he loved my class. #winning #satchat

    I wrote about it here. Is a quick read. Polling the kids doesn't take money or much effort. We should take the pulse of the people we serve and make changes based on that. wish admin would do that for ts as well. ask those without power what needs to be changed. #satchat
