A2. Birthdays are always celebrated and so to any daily wins both in and outsode of school e.g. basketball success, gymnastics skill mastery dance or music exams. I want my SS to be known and celebrated as individuals #whatisschool

#whatisschool I've found that parties and celebrations are a great way to integrate my special ed students into the school. :0) It has meant buying a lot of pizzas and snacks for kids outside of my classroom but that investment has bought my students friends!

Staff successes are marked with a kind word or small gifts , usually edible or fashion related depending on the occasion !! School successes at assemblies . I always acknowledge individual pupil successes with a kind word and a sticker for the younger children. #whatisschool
