    I take a moment in the morning to drink a cup of coffee alone before leaving , do some yoga, and give myself a nice pep talk. I give them to my Ss so regularly.. I often forget to give them to myself! They change my day and I am a better teacher and a better human for it! #tlap

    A4: I think it is important to play because it allows us to take a break and let our creativity blossom. I started a paint by number when I had the time in July, and I am almost done. I think we fall into adulthood, and, unfortunately, play becomes diminished. #tlap

    A5: As the first one up, I can usually find a moment of silence. On the way to school is when my tech dir hubs wants his silence, so we respect that and all take advantage. Prep hour affords a moment of silence, & then right before bed. I take every moment I can grab. #tlap

    #tlap A5 Every day when I get home I walk my dog for 2 miles WITHOUT MY PHONE! During lunch I eat alone in my room and get quite time. My goal as a Tr is for my Ss to describe who I am with these descriptors. This takes a lot of quite time and reflection.
