A1 Sheer joy, energy, nervous excitement that Ss bring is what I miss (on a different side of ed now). Passion for life & learning!
Yes! so important! Making sure we reach each student. Making sure that they all are learning and growing.
A2. Building relationships, more than anything. Expectations are important so expectations are set while building relationships.
