    Honestly my early gym time was so I could be out if the house before my ex-husband woke up. I so miss that early hour in the gym but glad I don't have to go there to escape abuse anymore! You guys are a better way to start the day ! #bfc530

    I am definitely an early to bed! I usually fall asleep a little after 9, right after the kids go to bed, on the couch and then my husband wakes me up between 11 and 12 to go upstairs. I get up at 430 to work out and he takes the kids to school. #bfc530
