Hello - I am Melissa from HOT PA (so hot that some schools dismissed early today and closed tomorrow). Our schools just went back yesterday. I am an online ed tech coach. #ETCoaches
Hi All--I'm Colleen from Mashpee, Massachusetts & Dir. of Instructional Tech for the district. It is HOT here too but our staff has school tomorrow. Staff went back Monday but students do not return until 9/4 #ETCoaches
A1: My go to tech tools is G Suite! There’s not a thing I do that I can’t make happen inside the Suite for my students and the teachers so coach! #ETCoaches
A3. Keep yourself organized, available on all platforms, organize by project and date, set up recurring events, and more. Best part - it is FREE! #ETCoaches
I love Google Keep. And every time I share it with teachers and students they're like "what the heck Butler, how come you're just now sharing this?!" Haha
A5- Google Forms are simply Awesome! Signing up for PD or courses, after school programs, collecting data, choose your own adventure and I use it w/ the help of Choice Eliminator add-on to schedule Parent/Teacher conferences for our schools #ETCoaches
A5: for everything!! Exit tickets, assessments, checking things in and out, digital breakouts, tracking parent communication... the possibilities are endless! #googleforms is one of my biggest obsessions #ETCoaches

Ruth’s trio of tools are all related to creating a “welcome back or what’s new” message for teachers. Use these to introduce yourself to teachers and share for teachers to use in their classrooms. #ETCoaches

A7. You can create a great looking newsletter. You can add pictures, text, videos, and other content in a very quick and easy way. Smore also counts views so you know whether or not people looked at it. #ETCoaches
I also like that you can add a map to show the location of your event. Especially helpful when advertising professional development opportunities #ETCoaches
A8. Use in classrooms and offer to co-teach to introduce students to this tool. If you are using to share information with teachers, Sway also counts views. You can see how many teachers actually looked at the Sway (good feature for a teacher using it in class also). #ETCoaches
A9. Use to create very easy and cute explanation videos. If you publish it to YouTube, you can count views and see if the teachers looked at it. #ETCoaches
A10: I love google keep for notes and organizing resources! Giving things labels make them easy to find later. I love how it’ll take hand-written notes, audio recordings and pictures, and turn them into editable text! #ETCoaches
A10 What I love about @GoogleKeep it is an app, in @googledocs, a Chrome Extension, part of new @gmail how can I not stay organized!! It is perfect 4 organization, audio recordings, adding pictures, assistive tech & even uses OCR so great tool. Love, Love, Love Keep #ETCoaches
A11. Use Google Sites to create and maintain a website. Include tools, tips, tutorials, learning opportunities and more for teachers to refer back to as they need it. #ETCoaches
A11: we have a Google Site shared between all the ITS professionals in our district. Such an easy way to have a collaborate site and pass along info to staff. #ETCoaches
A11 New @GoogleSites is simple and easy to use. We use it for Teacher Websites and Student portfolios. It is also a resource site for our entire district to find forms, resources and information in one place just for staff. #ETCoaches
Q12. Triple E Rubric for App Evaluation is Tech Tool #10. https://t.co/qV7MAzT5xa As our final tech tool, why do you think that this was one of Pam’s top picks? #ETCoaches
