    A1 I think it depends on where you are. In the US its being seen as a true professional & movement towards scripted curriculums #AfricaEd

    Yes. Too much in house PD is one size fits all. Ironically often telling us how to differentiate for Ss. #AfricaEd

    I agree Ts are shamed into working from the goodness of their hearts #africaed there is no shame in expecting to b paid well
