A2: Real problems require teams to solve them. Steve Jobs didn't invent the iPhone by himself; consequently, I try to give kids real problems that require collaboration. #EduAR
A2: Connections, Conversations, Caring...kids and adults! Relationships are the key to all the greatness we want to promote in our schools. #EduAR#ThePepperEffect
A2: We have established a culture of family in our building. When we have a problem we look to our family for help. That help comes from many places! #EduAR
A2: Start with an awesome idea like students hosting and sharing during an Appy Hour” ... share that idea with colleagues. Collaboration within the school is so powerful for students and teachers! #EduAR
2) everyone uses their unique talents to make the music. We don’t all have the same parts or the same instruments. We must work with our strengths and not always try to make weaknesses average #EduAR
A2: I teach in a small school, so we are like a family. Some of us have made a commitment to do book studies and outside fun together. We came up with a group name and got matching tshirts. #EduAr

A2: I started by making sure we all knew how our hearts and minds worked. We all figured out our “love language” at work and what “direction” we are. Discussed what the strengths and challenges of each one brings to the table #EduAR
A2: Within my classroom we establish a family culture that emphasizes teamwork! Ss constantly participate in activities that promote collaboration. As a school, we utilize the house system which is founded on connecting & working towards a common goal! #EduAR
A2: relationships, trust, laughter, voice. To collaborate you need to feel like a family. On a more specific note, @KaganOnline strategies such as Rally Coach, Q-dice, and placemat consensus teach Ss to work with partners/teams. #EduAR#ThePepperEffect

A2: Respect what each member brings to the “band”. Recognize we all have different strengths and call on them instead of expecting everyone to be the same. #eduAR

A2: Missed Q1 but one way we foster collaborative effort in the school house is through implementation of the WSCC model which helps us break out of silos to focus on supporting the #WholeChild from our areas of expertise #eduAR
A2: We work as a team throughout the day to meet our academic, social, and emotional goals. We have many class meetings throughout the day to discuss how to work through anything. #eduAR#ThePepperEffect
A2: Collaboration is relational. Getting to know your colleagues, understanding their passions & taking the time to connect on a personal level can help members gain mutual respect #EduAR
A2 We just have be there for each other through the good, the bad, and the ugly! We must reach out to each other with love and respect, recognizing each individuals unique strengths and gifts. Above all, we’ve got to spread joy, positivity and encouragement! #EduAR

A3: very little status quo at @CaldwellElemen, Ts can show up in costumes like Sgt Pepper without Admin wondering why, they trust that we have Ss learning at heart and are making educational magic! Thinking of wearing a tutu and cape tomorrow... hmmm... #EduAR#ThePepperEffect

A3- Constantly trying to reflect on how we can have the biggest impact for our kids. How can we change programming, staffing, and think outside the box. Supporting staff and Ss as risk takers and problem solvers. Promote new ideas, challenge each other. #eduAR
A3: I made the choice a long time ago to find #outofthisworld opportunities for my students. I proudly turn lessons into experiences. Why talk "outer space" when you can literally turn your classroom into outerspace? #eduar

A4 #EduAr within my self-contained sped classroom I work with 3 amazing paras that are truly by daily lifeline!! Outside of the 4 walls of my classroom the #PLN I have connected with here on Twitter has honestly been life changing! I reach out here daily for support and ideas!

A5: I refuse to play the testing game to a point that I sacrifice best practice and innovative teaching to gear instruction toward preparing for an assessment...even if it means scores won't be as high. Tough, but must put kids before those numbers. #EduAR
A5: My response may be different but I believe it is less about the big things but instead about the little things. My goal is to continue to do the little things better! #EduAR

#eduar A2: Tonight I hosted my "winning" teams from the 2nd marking period. They worked together to help each other learn math......outperformed other teams in class in on-board competitions. As always, the team that helped their "lowest" S the most won. Triple Choc. Mousse Cake
