Teachers can be "spatial creatures" - so moving from the comfort zone of the classroom can take time for the innovator mindset to migrate! Having a prepared space can sometimes help that movement to the building and sharing dependent on context #FLedChat

I used to have an awesome pair of industrial scissors ... we called them the "man-shears" ... could cut through layers of cardboard with ease ... wooden dowels ... metal hangers ... they were awesome #fledchat
Feel you on both counts! I've tinkered with "space" concept - specific spaces - other teacher's spaces, silos - mindset and had one or two physical altercations with heavy objects, sharp edges, and Gorilla glue! #FLedChat

Completely agree! It's all about the power of a single story! Having students look at the issues around them and come up with ideas, refine, iterate, prototype and test! #FLedChat - and giving them a legit audience!
