    Tradition has merit, especially if it's had success. However, innovation injects fresh blood into the system to stay current. #INZPirEd

    And there's an equity issue there. If some Ss are intimidated by the game and have to play that same game often, it seems unfair. #INZPirED

    Something like @flipgrid is really useful for global classroom collaborations because it overcomes the issue of timezones #INZPirED
