A5: Student teaching challenged me to learn more about diverse situations and technology. I asked for help and used my resources
A5 Others' leadership was a problem for me. Reflection made me realize that their traits I didn't like were some that I shared. :(
A5: That ongoing struggle for education is only sustainable if there's some sort of fulfillment from the teaching part. Otherwise...
A5. My biggest challenge was differentiation for 30+ mobility, poverty 4th graders on levels 1-7th grade. I failed.
A5: Difficult Ss challenged me this year, but I just reminded myself they might just learn by osmosis (sleeping on the text)

A5 Having a S T was very challenging as I found that I had to explain WHY I did things. It helped me to understand my own T style.

A5: My biggest challenge this year was seeing the big picture, not just my four walls...teaching teachers instead of students
