A1: In the past we went with popular vote. This year we interviewed interested applicants that met certain qualifiers

Q2: Do you spend time training the captains to lead the team?

Coaches select two based on character, weight room attendance and leadership. Players vote two before 1st game.

A2 potential captains attend a leadership in athletics conference during Jr. Year.

Q3: What are the roles you expect your captain to fulfill through the season?
