#Edcochat@CJCain7 This can be a struggle as I mentor Quiz Bowl & Future City but I leave any grading at school, I plan a lesson/unit ahead and put down my phone in the evening and have dinner with my family - weekend board game night with my kids too

A3: I balance by giving my all when I am with my students and teaching team during the school day, delegating what work I can to my team, giving my all to my kids after school until their bedtime, and finishing my work after my kids are in bed. It can be a struggle. #EdCoChat
