A5. I let my Ss know I don't know everything and love learning from them. I want them to teach me and I teach them. The classroom needs to be a symbiotic relationship...a loving, breathing organism. #TLAP #BeReal

A5: @kimdarche has perfected the listening a coach must do! Loved being able to learn from her!! We must listen and show we are focused on their words not just going through the motions. This means tilting screens, making eye contact & engaging by posing ? as needed #tlap

A5:I’ll admit it’s sometimes hard not to judge, so I actively try to apply perspective and context before choosing how I respond. We’re human and innately judge, but that doesn’t mean we can’t control what we say and do and look at as an opportunity for all to grow. #tlap

A5: No one likes to feel like an inconvenience. We should model what we seek and usually it begins with our heart and ears instead of our mouth. #tlap
