#Q3 leading without a title creates distributed leadership. How does distributed leadership impact a school? #admin2b
  • Dixie_Principal Oct 22 @ 8:21 PM EDT
Whenever you have the share leadership in your school where everyone is valued and takes responsibility then you create a positive culture #admin2b
  • Dale_Chu Oct 22 @ 8:21 PM EDT
A3: Done well, distributed leadership creates greater buy-in and gives you access to more ideas. It can permeate the culture too, leading to a virtuous cycle of increased agency and ownership. #admin2b

#admin2b #Q4 How can you promote change without being in charge or having a title?
  • Dale_Chu Oct 22 @ 8:29 PM EDT
A4: Absolutely. Driving change is more about mutual respect and strong relationships; it usually has little to do with what title you have, especially when you’re talking about change that endures. #admin2b
