A1: Really like how Google Docs makes it so easy to translate electronic docs. The ELL teacher and I have been doing that to support a student who speaks very little English currently. Glad he can still have access to learning! #fcpslearn
A1: When coding with ELLs, I love to use @codeorg because it quickly switches between languages. I allow the students to work in their native language in addition to English #fcpslearn

A1: I use lots of visuals to provide Ss with the supports they needs. I also make sure I give them extra attention if they are not understanding. In the classroom, I find that some times they understand learning the language, but struggle with English translation #FCPSLearn

A2: My mom, who is herself a teacher. She understands all my frustrations and celebrates my successes. Also she helps grade when I get buried under papers 🙈 #fcpslearn
A3: We celebrate all successes in my classroom, whether it is winning a game of @gimkit or being successful on an assessment. I praise each Ss in class and encourage them to do the same. Ss alway earn tickets for weekly drawings for awesome French goodies. #FCPSLearn
A4: My Ss are definitely more engaged when we participate in activities and projects with our partner school in France @lyceebazin using @Flipgrid. The Ss love sharing with their peers in France 🇫🇷 ❤️ #fcpslearn

My Ss love to create their own class game using @gimkit. Each Ss submits a question live and then we play @gimkit using their questions. Totally awesome! #FCPSLearn

A5: I try to learn something new or take a new approach to what I’m teaching. Making it fun for me is more likely to make it fun for the students #fcpslearn
