So many come to mind. I think it's more about asking multiple questions. Probing beyond that 1st one.

I always focus on access & equity. How do we implement tech in way way that doesn't put students in poverty at a gross disadvantage?

The in front of students caveat is so important. Ss seeing us as "real" help build relationships!

Sometimes asking what your biggest failure in the classroom was can spark great conversation to move forward and learn.

Yep. I would really love to see 1:1 and BYOD that focus upon at-home access too.
