A5 To create a culture full of hope a leader must promote accomplishments, speak affirmations, celebrate the school as a whole, and celebrate the staff. Staff need to feel appreciated. #Hearnetastic #EngageChat #acausebeyondoneself

A5: Leaders can either create a hope- filled culture or a hope-failed culture. To instil hope, empower others to make decisions and believe in them EVEN when things don't go right. Their mantra must be "Failure is not fatal" and not "I'll blame you if you mess it up".#engagechat

A3- giving hope to parents is as simple as finding and engaging the awesomeness in their children. The system has a way of aiding repetitively low expectations where there are high expectations to be found #engagechat

A5 First, the leader must believe in the uniqueness of each child and the possibilities that effective teaching can bring. Then, build a culture that allows each child to transverse the pathway to lifelong learning. #engagechat
