RT Q4: What does the term βdigital connectivityβ mean in the early grades?
A5 You can't make mistakes or mess up.The kids don't know when things aren't going as planned so don't worry about it and just try.
Modeling is so important, and so is connectedness.
A4 'Digital Connectivity' reinforces the understanding that our learning is complex, layered, and widespread
A5 don't be afraid that your Ss might know more than you - let Ss be the Ts & take ownership over their learning!
A5: Choose one or two creativity apps and become proficient in those before moving to a new one.
A5 Also, when tech doesn't go as planned that is a great lesson for our littles to learn that tech doesn't always work, but we can+
Chatterpix is one of my fave apps. Itβs got a great ease for young learners.
A5 Keep it simple, share a single picture a day with the language you want others to see through your lens

A5: Choose 1 of 2 things to learn until you become proficient. Don't try everything at once. It can be overwhelming

A5 Understand that adequate introduction and practice time is needed for young Ss so the technology is effectively utilized
A4-The S feels successful to be able to connect and manipulate electronics without failure
A5 I know it's not easy but invest the time it will be well worth it!
Go as slowly as you need to. It's incredibly easy to get overwhelmed but I use advice from and learn w my Ss!
A5. By engaging families early on, their feedback will give you motivation to keep using it, make the time for it
A5. Start slow but keep at it until you feel comfortable then try other things!
