A3: Don't assume that parents know the ins and outs of technology. Parent education is just as important as educating Ss

A3: This is a tough one because sometimes we do it w/o thinking. Even putting a link to source at the bottom of PP is a a model.
Especially when conflict is involved. F2F conversations are always better for that!
