A1: Twitter and Google Hangouts. Something about being able to leave the notification in my queue helps me remember to respond. Because I can answer on my phone, PC, or tablet make it that much easier. #tosachat

A1: I used to create weekly podcasts for families in my class. Now I’ve been using a slide deck for the weekly updates to the staff. Will probably incorporate podcasts again soon. #tosachat

A2: I would love be able to maximize my time when I am actually working with someone one on one. My plan is to screencast/record/flipgrid reflect and be able to use it for others in the future and help create a more open, collaborative space for teachers. #TOSAchat

I'll totally admit i have analog lists that i work off daily. And my keep lists are more for ongoing projects. I feel less anxious if i have a list. #TOSACHAT
A3: Story of my life. TOSA, teaching, dept chair, Yearbook, 3 kids. Doesn’t sound like I say no, but I do. I’m most efficient in the morning, early. So I’ve had to give up morning quiet hours alone so I can get in early and go, go, go. #TOSAchat

if i have an office day like today, I try to close if while i work on projects so I don't get distracted. I've also waited until I've been at my desk for an hour before opening it. it does help. #TOSACHAT

From DND and WH40k to Cal of duty, red dead redemption and fallout. I am all over the place. Lots of RPGs and things where I get to create. I still play DND but not like I want to :( #tosachat.
A4: My favorite trick is to show Ts is that they can use tab to move through fields when filling out forms. I'm always surprised by how many Ts don't know this one. And it gives me an in to have deeper convos. #TOSACHAT
A4 This is the key to what I try to model at training....Empathy for their issues often starts with creating some efficiency. If tech can make teaching more efficient, it's a win. @Flipgrid, Google Classroom, @EduProtocols all lead to efficiency #TOSAchat
A4: Just shared @wakelet w #SMETigerWay Ts last week and they loved how easy it is to create collections and stay organized. Some had success sharing w parents on @ClassDojo! W the extension and phone app, it’s SO convenient! #TOSAChat

A4: Showing my teachers to File>Make a copy when they want to use my templates. The joy they feel when they can take and edit the templates I created. Simple but definitely a win. Sharing is caring. #tosachat

A5: This can be difficult. Work with them to show them the easier way to complete a task. I showed a T how to embed a slide deck in to a google site to update the homework agenda. Need to check back in to see how it's going. #TOSACHAT

#tosachat Giving up a Mac was hard for me, but then I found I got pretty good on a PC, that made the jump to Chrome super easy. Now I am device agnostic, just gimme it and I’m good. Ironically, I got Mac again & while it’s lovely I find myself a little discombobulated in reverse!
