A3 start by finding good balance between work and personal life. This can be a challenge but is a necessity to be less stressed
A3: Leave work at work - it will get done!
A3-Need to take time to set work aside & take some "me" time - get away from it
Delegate. Keep things routine, be proactive in thinking what needs to be done.

Watching my daughter play soccer right now. Thankfully up 3-0 right now.
Q4: As PLC teams discuss data at EOY, what do they use to determine Ss & school success besides test scores? https://t.co/toWAICUqYk
A3 want to be better at walking in the door and disconnecting from tech while the kids & are awake. Need to be my focus
A3: Not usually to-do list person, but did list major events and projects that need to be done, and find crossing things off helps.
