A1:  Sometimes, not well.  Really making a conscious effort to create balance.  Bringing less home, optimizing time at work.

A1:  And...I really sacrificed my health for work the past two years.  Trying to regain that now with clean eating and movement.

A1: This year, I've been attempting healthier choices- eating better, sleep, taking home less work, spending more time having fun.

A1:  Connecting with family and friends often.  Laughs help you get through the crazy sometimes.

A1 Having a mentor to talk with is important but I would saw just unplugging once in a while to remove yourself works best for me.

A1.  Schedule everything in my Outlook calendar so that I don't stress about forgetting something.

A1:  I'll confess also.  Not well sometimes.  I do enjoy a good run and church activities.  These things help.  It's hard to focus
