A2: I worked to better understand and use Excel and OneNote. There is much growth yet in OneNote but I have 2018 ahead of me.

A2) Some strategies that I've used that I think are really impt are choosing and sticking to an organization system. I'm not perfect yet, but I keep trying! #NBCTchatter
A2 For writing ... Justin Wilson-Gabor taught me CEMI for analysis - it makes commentary easier for students to understand ... makes the abstract more concrete so students can writing better #NBCTchater
A3: In my role with HCTA, its good to come back and review all that was unresolved as if I were looking at it for the 1st time. Most often a new idea/avenue of resolution jumps out at me.
