Too often CPD doesn't clearly link to personal practice, your students& benefit you expect to have. If so it's all more personal!

Yes we can :) Research skills and co-teaching with the librarian enhances student attainment and there is research to prove this

Building tchers' confidence in directing own prof learning strategically helps. In Singapore they can plan entitlement over 3 yrs!
