A1. I think the most powerful moment during this yearsā coaching was when I modeled my expectations instead of just writing on the feedback tool... it truly transforms how your Ts learn & impacts instruction. #HISDAdminChat
A1. Definitely the switch from spending my entire career in Elementary School, then going to Middle School to start this year. We have a lot on our shoulders in Elementary to prepare students for that level. #HISDAdminChat

A1: This year, Iāve truly seen the importance of flexibility when it comes to meeting the needs of all learners. Whatever it takes to push Ss forward-small groups, co-teaching, intensive interventions, do it. Even if the idea is unpopular or goes against the grain. #HISDAdminChat

A1). Every year it seems itās a little more challenging to hold Ss attention and interest. It takes a new thought process in lesson planning such as varying approaches. I find variety is the key while staying true to standards and content. #HISDAdminchat
A1: testing our students and realizing that 85% of our 3-5th grade Ss couldnāt read; as a result...we took a bold stance and the teachers got on board with us. Sometimes you have to do the unpopular to get results. #HISDAdminChat
