A1: I feel like MSD of Wayne schools are on the cutting edge of best and new practices for students. Especially as it relates to services for students using special Ed. #WeAreWayne
A2: The #WeAreWayne hashtag bonds us and connects us across the district. It keeps me in touch and I always use it! It makes me feel connected to our Wayne family. 💜
A2: It’s so easy to take a photo of teachers and students doing great things. The power a photo, a short caption, and our district hashtag in a Tweet is a simple yet effective way to share the great things we do in Wayne. #WeAreWayne

A2: Both MWE and GCE spotlight student learning and instructional strategies using social media. One of the biggest impact is on the way we communicate. Social Media allows schools to connect with the community and families. Information is power! #WeAreWayne
A2: Social media allows me to share life in the classroom with our families and community. Even better, I have the opportunity to learn from other #wearewayne educators! #learningfromthebest
A2: Through Twitter, FB, Remind, etc. we are able to share with families and community members instantly. We can share the great things happening daily in our classroom with videos, photos, and artifacts. #Wearewayne

A4 Sharing instructional strategies, student successes, pictures and video clips of events and activities in the classroom and around the building. #wearewayne
A4: It’s about the small wins, personal stories, and the people. When we can share the small things that add up to make us great, people will remember that. #WeAreWayne
A4: I’m always amazed when people capture those moments of students helping other students, tying a shoe, helping a friend find a class, etc. #KindnessCounts#WeAreWayne
A4: @GardenCityElem we provide morning groups/clubs as well as after school groups/clubs. These opportunities allow our students to showcase their knowledge, abilities, skill sets, and personalities outside of the classroom. #WeAreWayne
A4: When a scholar is able to show a new skill that they might have been struggling with - for instance self-regulation - a skill that will impact them for the rest of their life. WE CELEBRATE #WeAreWayne
A4: I share students’ learning by taking photos of them demonstrating their understanding of vocabulary in our classroom and then include it on our bilingual word wall. #WeAreWayne
