I’d say all of the above. As a teacher you have amazing staff supporting at every step. As a TOSA colleagues shared collective brain space all the time, if I didn’t know they did. And now at the County people around me challenge & teach me something new everyday. #cuechat

I akin this to an important role that getting your oil changed in your car...you can ignore it for a while, but if you don't address it, kaboom! And that's a much more expensive fix #CUEchat
