A1 even if there’s no money in teaching, there are ways to still live comfortably. Training teachers, consulting for other schools, gaining professional certificates also helps. #edchatph
  • JeraldJolito Sep 14 @ 9:47 PM EDT
A1 Money is an issue in education, but there's a whole lot of perks that make up for it. No. 1 perk for me are the OOOHH's and AAAHH's that I hear from the students when they understand a complicated lesson. #edchatph

A2: Having students that are hungry for what I have to share with them is enough motivation. Also, our district is getting more and more into GSuite. While it doesn't get rid of paperwork, it streamlines the process as well as communication. G Classroom is my friend. #edchatph

Very true. But we still have to make changes in our own little ways. Regulations will always be there but when you make those changes and communicate it to parents, they know that there is a genuine and trusting connection between you and the student #edchatph

Isn’t this why we have Profeaaional Learning Teams? Time should be built into our school day to look at assessments and reflect on our teaching. Right? If not, we’re doing our teachers and students a disservice. #edchatPH
