#txhsfbchat I think it's important to realize the difference between contact and incidental or accidental contact. Anytime players are not in full pads coaches should be focusing on non-contact type drills or activities, however, incidental contact is guaranteed regardless

A1: Anytime we’re not in full pads it’s a point of emphasis to avoid as much contact as possible. Normally use these practices that focus on footwork, timing, and fine tuning skills. Even days that we are in full pads we try to limit unnecessary contact #TXHSFBCHAT
#gamebreaker is worn at every level. The new mindset is this. The traditional helmet is a weapon. It's counter intuitive to wear the most dangerous piece of equipment on days you don't wear any other pads. If that helmet CONTACTS any body part there is likely to be injury
#txhsfbchat I mean if you look around your great state of TX you will see UTSA, RICE, TAMU, TEXAS, TCU, HOUSTON, etc. all wearing #gamebreakerhg on days they are not in full pads.
Schools have worn @gamebreakerhg during the acclimation period
during Skill Position 1on1s or during other competitive Drills
Most states require X amount of days In Hard Shell as you know. But if states Mandate Gamebreaker Teams Could mix Hard/Soft Shell Periods
