One thing I can’t wait to expand is periodic 1:1 readers advisory conferences and booktalks with my students. Last year I did 4th grade at the end of the year. This year I’d like to do 3rd and 4th a couple of times. #bfc530

Maybe I'll start sketchnoting at our central office meetings. :) My daughter actually has an accommodation that allows her to doodle in class because it helps her focus. I'm encouraging her to try sketchnoting as well. #bfc530
Brilliant ideas are great ... however grading those great ideas can sometimes be a challenge ... love @FLipGrid , multiply that by 100+ like I had last the feedback task becomes daunting ... shifting toward a group thought #bfc530

I’ve flipped my classes. I use @EDpuzzle to find videos if I don’t want to make my own, and there are several great videos. When making my own videos, I use Doceri on my iPad. I’ve using the trial version for about two years now. #bfc530

I have thrown out several this school year! Currently working through the kinks with my teachers and staff. It is a process that takes time. Some will be successful and some will fail. Definitely have us out of our comfort zone. #bfc530
