I wasn't arguing the answer A - I was trying (unsuccessfully) to make the point that some of mine would argue B as they could then remove the quotes to make it work from choice 2. They love to prove there is more than one way to do things #caschat

This doesn't work.
Answer A suggests you've been smart and only used that password for that site and nowhere else, ergo quite safe.
Answer B suggests that you have used it in more than one place.
