Coming soon! ‘Teaching Outstanding Persuasive Writing’ by Alan Peat is going to be released as an ebook! https://t.co/XUG913ZP7H
It's Millwall vs Oxford in the league cup and I'm also trying to follow it's a hard life.
looking forward to recruitment, retention and retirement.
A1 - We used my professional blog to advertise in 2014: https://t.co/YupceBK7pD
Lots of sharing via Twitter and Facebook
Contacts unis early and gets NQT's whilst still on 1st placement
Not sure about finding unusual ones do the basics properly
A1: Nothing unusual but I feel Twitter is the way forward. My last school used to specify cakes in the staffroom as a +
Get in touch with the subject association for the subject you need to recruit for. In RE are delighted to help.
A1 Not unusual. I know of schools poaching teachers. Don't agree with this though because where does that leave other schools?
I have used personal Twitter / LinkedIn / blog to try and increase recruitment and
Personal contacts with friends.
This sounds good... https://t.co/VthxEOJLjI
we have medical benefits, bonuses for grades and our attendance and extra-pay on top of M-scale
Headmistresses can enforce a patriarchal system just as much as headmasters - it's about power dynamics not gender identity.
Q2 - How can teachers make the profession more appealing to the ‘outside world’ and improve recruitment? https://t.co/XnE3m2Hxen
Who else uses Twitter? https://t.co/5LKFEeYOwL
A1: Nothing unusual but I feel Twitter is the way forward. My last school used to specify cakes in the staffroom as a +
basics don't always even attract any candidates sometimes so needs must
local email system, parish bulletin, school news letter
Is LinkedIn becoming more popular for teachers? https://t.co/NZfiipH3f9
I have used personal Twitter / LinkedIn / blog to try and increase recruitment and
Personal contacts with friends.
By not constantly moaning about their own profession! although thankfully most of us don't!
we did last time but don’t know if we had any applicants from it
When teachers advocate for students' rights & meet resistance, that resistance is rooted in an attachment to a patriarchal system.
LinkedIn is awash with supply agencies and recruiters
A2 - I feel like this isn't teachers job to do this. This is the 's job & they're failing.
This is SO important. Use social media positively! https://t.co/606Qc5Uyo9
By not constantly moaning about their own profession! although thankfully most of us don't!
A2 There's no point Ts sugar coating to increase recruitment because then drop-out rates will increase
one of the worst adverts for teaching is govt. denials of issues against pupils / parents experience of changes in their teachers
In past misogynists used 'research' to justify oppression and silencing of women,no difference now w/ oppression of young people.
not sure teachers can. It's down to government policy & conditions. Certain sections of the media don't help either.
A1 Well, just this week we discovered teachers listed on gumtree-didn't know you could find recruits there!!
I’m not this is the job of a teacher :)
it's swarming with them, many it seems trained as teachers. I avoid Linkedin now because of all the messages
Twitter is a superb tool for all teachers, especially new ones to the profession.
Q3 - With teacher-demand high, it is an employee’s market, what will this mean for schools? https://t.co/dMGZQVlbZa
A2 Personally, I don't think anyone can. Those who want to teach will irrespective of appeal...
Lots saying government are responsible for the issue of making job more appealing. Can we not do our bit?
Following calls for more female achievement to be included in curriculum - Who from our Collection would you like to include?
surely it is down to the individual school as they have power to set pay, etc, but Gov should provide resources to do so
I was with a teaching recruitment agency on Monday, they didn't think so with LinkedIn
Being fortunate to visit many schools in my job, I'm always surprised there aren't more on Twitter.
Let's try to share the good days too! https://t.co/oFMyvtONmy
normally someone only asks when you've had a rubbish day. Then it never sounds sincere.
How do we get balance? Challenges vs the joys! https://t.co/5LcuAq1zHN
A2 There's no point Ts sugar coating to increase recruitment because then drop-out rates will increase
We can do our bit on a local scale by doing things in school for the right reason and reducing workload
I think teachers should neither endorse nor discourage entering the profession. It has to be a personal decision.
Don't think so. Better to be honest realistic as people will leave again otherwise. Try to get those that want to teach.
Can we engage media better? https://t.co/JtjLKVnjy9
not sure teachers can. It's down to government policy & conditions. Certain sections of the media don't help either.
Are we as a profession guilty of believing rhetoric of distrust so that we do not trust our own professional judgement?
NEW JOB SOURCE https://t.co/tJHlu4h202
A1 Well, just this week we discovered teachers listed on gumtree-didn't know you could find recruits there!!
How many schools have money to pay higher than normal salaries? https://t.co/xKQnrNiczy
surely it is down to the individual school as they have power to set pay, etc, but Gov should provide resources to do so
A2 talking more about the great things about the profession - often easier to be negative than positive!
Teachers who say "we support student voice but" are really saying we will allow it tokenistically because:
A3 - potentially weak candidates will be employed in haste, thus reducing retention
How would potential new teachers know what it is like at the chalkface?
I am over 50 but I feel in a tiny minority - what happened to all the people my age? Why aren't we seen as desirable?
Because we are then not surrounded by best colleagues? Makes our job harder? https://t.co/JoNY5fSuhJ
why should we? The problem is there because teachers are leaving -- why not deal with the problems? And ask why this is happening?
that's what I mean. Their priority has to be on pupil spending. They should be able to set pay and Gov help with that.
- Are there any other key issues, questions or problems with teacher ? are you listening?
Start close to home! https://t.co/FsISZCkoa2
We can do our bit on a local scale by doing things in school for the right reason and reducing workload
Has anyone got any tips for compiling my teaching CV - key things to include?
Don't think it's about being undesirable. Think it is ppl trying to get out.. Don't you?
Is focusing on improving conditions the real key then? https://t.co/pxrIup0QkA
Don't think so. Better to be honest realistic as people will leave again otherwise. Try to get those that want to teach.
retention - do hiring managers in schools use 'tried & trusted' methods of recruitment of get to understand each school culture?
Before I signed up for training, I spent a week of my annual leave in a primary school. The rest is history.
Are you listening ? https://t.co/3jMYYbPdPg
most of us do do our bit but there's a reason there's a recruitment crisis & that's not down 2 teachers making the job unappealing
glad there is some good stuff coming from as 'Wall are down 1-0 to Oxford.
A3: I think it will lead towards even more inequality between schools depending on their perceived reputation
I think so. And allowing for promotion or flexibility like part-time work etc.
Feminist teachers that want to deconstruct patriarchy can start by insisting on UNCRC in their schools: https://t.co/jx3j8anK7s
Sad reality here. Makes life tougher for the rest of us... https://t.co/ZGCHJXsf4Z
A3 - potentially weak candidates will be employed in haste, thus reducing retention
Tips for CVs - really, believe me: you should work to the profile, the vacancy and job description = the only way!
The next generation! https://t.co/EOp0pNhima
always do, been having a lot recently. Was talking to a pupil today about how great it can be.
Only primary and history classes? ;-)
Can we see more please ? https://t.co/ZUnIfR4jKM
there's plenty of amazing work being done by teachers. That doesn't sell papers though. We know what does though...
I spent a term as a TA and asked LOADS of questions to check I was sure it was what I wanted
The Great Education Divide https://t.co/BgXXIeYx9s
A3: I think it will lead towards even more inequality between schools depending on their perceived reputation
Likewise. I had no idea what it would be like, so I asked honest questions and demanded honest answers.
recruitment videos for teaching show resourcing levels many schools do not have - 3D screening?
How can we keep Becca in the job? https://t.co/eDZr9ldvt0
but people aren't daft, they know there are problems.. I'm considering leaving myself.. It should be genuine promotion
you are desirable but the demands of the job chew us up and spit us out.
It's okay to recruit potentially weak candidates as long as they are provided with the support they need!
I can't believe how many shameless (except for ) adverts from companies there are during Keep it clear!
Hopefully schools have the resources to do this. https://t.co/Qdno9Vh2oN
It's okay to recruit potentially weak candidates as long as they are provided with the support they need!
why dowechewup staff, spit them out - there is no endless replacement surplus - staff wellbeing is key
A3 Schools may struggle to attract purely on salary,so I hope it means they do so on merit;valuing/supporting their team
In countries where teaching is afforded great respect, do greater numbers aspire to join the profession?
A4: making them feel valued - that costs nothing!
pretty much all teachers we know spent some time
This is the dream. Is it possible? https://t.co/mmHIi62oyP
I can answer this.. A more realistic workload, less stress so I can be a good Mum and a good teacher?? Crazy thoughts though...
If you're thinking about going into teaching, give your local school a ring and ask to spend some time helping there.
yes. Classic example of Finland, way more applicants than places.
I said promotion and flexibility, too.
A4 Tea and coffee for free has upped morale at my school. Stress-management sessions, INSETs for report-writing, support
There's no sexed-up DfE TV advert that will replicate that. It's a bit like training solely on a spinner in order to ride the TdF.
We must empower and trust: empower self-improvement, and place trust in skilled professionals.
Only trouble is if we all get promotion, who will teach the kids? 😉 https://t.co/YbIR05MEUL
I said promotion and flexibility, too.
Ditto in German-speaking countries. But are teachers happier? Not sure.
Good ideas here... https://t.co/mpeC1JmvrE
A4 Tea and coffee for free has upped morale at my school. Stress-management sessions, INSETs for report-writing, support
I intro a box where Ts, support staff, SLT could nominate each other - convinced SM to buy chocolates!
Hope they know there's NO WAY I'm buying their stuff if an advert for it appears in the middle of an edu-chat!
Really?? All the schools I've ever worked at would have had a volunteer's arm off. https://t.co/jfmiAzxEFt
And all the teachers will say 'I don't have time for another bloody volunteer*
Promotion doesn't necessarily mean get out of teaching, eg. Advanced Skills teacher when they were around...
Q4: I like the idea of a couple of flexible days off for staff in a year at 'appropriate' times... family/hobby/lifestyle friendly
workload should be managed better by leaders. Teachers need more ppa to do all necessary feedback.
A4 You cannot underestimate the power of thanks. was so good at it. If teachers are appreciated, generally they stay
Q2 be honest! It's hellishly hard work and exhausting, but so rewarding and worthwhile. 1/2
A4 - TIME to develop and review. Even time for internal CPD to share outstanding practice is sometimes missed!
I always felt that if I was being really productive, and felt valued I would stay at a school even with lower pay.
my kids have kept my at mine. Loved seeing them go through school & not had 2 worry about being off for plays/pantos/etc
What is main source of unhappiness and dissatisfaction? https://t.co/NP4ZWwjoLb
Does unhappiness arise from lack of trust and appreciation? I think so.
will teachers choose challenge over 'comfort'? Thinks a UTC Interim Principal about to try & recruit their team - think & hope so
Too many are disillusioned because no one told them how hard it would be. More honesty is needed. 2/2
I ALWAYS say YES to volunteers. I get 2-3 hours of a TA a week. An extra adult is a god-send
In German-speaking countries not that respected. Loads of applicants 1/2
Remuneration not the key, we're not in it for that. Divided my hours worked last week by salary, I earned just over minimum wage
As a non teacher I would fully support this, teachers should have that option
there should be a workable maximum hours for work in a week (my latest attempt = 50 pw, that's 1950 per year vs 1265)
2/2 but not that well considered within society.
a feeling of worth and being valued.
A4 Celebrating teachers who want to remain in the classroom. Not pushing people into thinking success = promotion.
why does promotion always mean "out of the classroom." MLT/SLT should be teaching.
Opportunities, though I do think it's useful to move around & gain experience in a variety of schools 😊
Therefore not necessarily happier although more teachers than jobs
or a network or alliance around them that could contribute - in it together within a community https://t.co/0C5XVu6QV2
Hopefully schools have the resources to do this. https://t.co/Qdno9Vh2oN
It's okay to recruit potentially weak candidates as long as they are provided with the support they need!
doing better than me then ;-)
a good friend of mine left his job to move to Welsh valleys and work supply for - never happier
a good friend of mine left his job to move to Welsh valleys and work supply for - never happier
How many get this? My wife and I (same school) lost nearly £300 to go to her bro'swedding https://t.co/Nq6rJb129m
Q4: I like the idea of a couple of flexible days off for staff in a year at 'appropriate' times... family/hobby/lifestyle friendly
a keycomponent for long term staff stability https://t.co/oJm0h9esIs
A4 Celebrating teachers who want to remain in the classroom. Not pushing people into thinking success = promotion.
From an Admin prospective there is nothing better than a seasoned team of expert teachers in your building.
Also promotion can be for teaching and learning and not SLT.
A5 - A good, supportive, realistic and logical SLT. They are worth their weight in gold. I've heard many horror stories.
q4 TIME. Should all teachers teach to capacity? No. Employing enough additional staff to lighten the workload.
there is an EU limit of 47 per week over 17 consecutive weeks. But we always have a holiday in that period...
In my school ALL mlt/SLT teach inc ahead but its unusual https://t.co/sZ8Op0mt3Q
why does promotion always mean "out of the classroom." MLT/SLT should be teaching.
Yes, stability comes from valuing the longest serving in a school. Shouldn’t be seen as those who missed promotion etc.
could not agree more. Have to have them teaching and inspiring pupils and staff.
book on way which should b v interesting
Great to hear this from the other side - we say the same about admin teams!
Q5 The kids. Always the kids. They make the job worth it and are very hard to leave.
Absolutely - this is a missing link. Need ways for experienced teachers to be valued and to pass on skills https://t.co/MazkD96z26
A4 Celebrating teachers who want to remain in the classroom. Not pushing people into thinking success = promotion.
two of the biggest myths about teaching - we do it for the money and the holidays!
How do you market your school to potential staff? https://t.co/fxYGjUoPm0
3hrs last night at NQT fair. Had board -pictures of school & events, chn work. V positive reactions. Others - all glossy corporate
I found that teachers that get to teach a domain topic together have more enjoyment at work.
maybe staff so lighter timetables to get decent planning, collab and marking done instead of rushing on Sunday's..
But also giving opportunities to try, and if not working out then let them step back, but offer try
Q5 The kids. Always the kids. They make the job worth it and are very hard to leave.
please stop using chat time to promote resources
q5 Feeling valued. High team morale makes even the toughest of days and greatest of burdens workable.
may not be a common recruitment tool in the UK market but it is in the international sector.
What do you feel makes a good boss?
A6 Referral bonuses? Or even just open days for those thinking about getting into teaching or moving schools.
I love to hire from Linkedin. I feel more connected to the person I am hiring.
I think it is somewhere in E. Asia where they are in class a third of the time we are. Can plan more etc
lack of shares aims, low morale, lack of support without judgement
2000+ being interviewed for 120 places when I was there
Time is always the thing I need more of... https://t.co/f1GRXoHOlI
maybe staff so lighter timetables to get decent planning, collab and marking done instead of rushing on Sunday's..
So many open days, but everyday routines don't get seen there and then. Not the full picture.
- Guaranteed high quality professional development is most important thing to offer.
No! I think prob can only be solved when those with the power listen to what the issues are!
Excellent question. For me, supportive yet challenging. With very human, sense of humour! https://t.co/2bqA7vDwxU
What do you feel makes a good boss?
Some International Schools even headhunt using Market is competitive and wants best teachers.
Q7 - What strategies + opportunities can SLT use to motivate their staff, ultimately ensuring they stay? https://t.co/Yp81cBwlV6
I've got a bed going on Gumtree. £30
Agree. Professional development which ties in with ppl feeling valued!
This is how you don’t do retention. Teachers are your most valuable asset if you are running a school. https://t.co/FwS506oHXn
Have come across this via . Most schools are already at maximum reasonable contact time in my exp. Not good. https://t.co/JSw4atcVqN
I'd just like to feel like my job is doable and not impossible. The actual teaching is doable.. The rest is not during work hours
I left teaching after 4 years in schools in SM, SLT demanding things I don't think they could physically deliver themselves...
- Confidence building. I live with two NQTs who are considering leaving profession because the confidence they had at the... (1/2)
Ts are overworked (time, pace) but underemployed (capability)
- end of their PGCE destroyed by STL with unreasonable and unrealistic expectations of their performance.
Free coffee machine, and making sure that you tell them they are valued each day. Face to face, thank you, each teach.
thinks retaining good teachers will become more important than recruitment in next few years
Other side of coin is having realistic expectations when going into teaching. Seen many who haven't and so leave
Smile. Listen. Say hello. Biscuits. Make them feel valued. Support them. Offer good CPD. Give opportunities. Biscuits.
in New Zealand we have a Specialist Classroom Teacher that does exactly that - rewarded with time and $
You have to find little victories that you can celebrate with each teacher as often as possible.
Ownership of ideas amongst staff- not just SLT vision- and sense of trust to make good choices
We need to ask “why on Earth are we doing this?” when we endlessly scrutinise teachers’ every move.
would that seem sincere though? And I love coffee, but is that really a deal breaker?
This saddens me. They all need our encouragement. Get them to network. Peer support is the best. 😊
If the admin team has great vision that is focused on what is best for students, teachers tend to stay longer. no vision = prob
We're not in it for money, but our families need compensation! https://t.co/yymprqrT1B
Remuneration not the key, we're not in it for that. Divided my hours worked last week by salary, I earned just over minimum wage
A5. Development/progression, feeling supported/valued and great colleagues. Ok so that wasn't 1 factor. 😀
A7: most important is to make T feel valued, provide opportunities for them to grow and lead.
A7 - SLT need to ignore OfSTED and focus on pupils and staff. That way, they'll make decisions which benefit both.
Staff programmes to develop on all aspects; professional, social and cultural enrichment https://t.co/zYfTXh3pnm
Q7 - What strategies + opportunities can SLT use to motivate their staff, ultimately ensuring they stay? https://t.co/Yp81cBwlV6
Teachers have enough on their plate. I make sure the break room is like a start up
- Are there any other key issues, questions or problems with teacher ? are you listening?
would agree many leave uni and see it as a default fallback with consideration
important for SLT to have balance between people skills and stats. Press for statistical quality too hard and you lose the people
A7 Good professional development, chances to try things, flexibility.
We have shadowing of staff in local schools so staff don't need to leave to gain other experiences.
Good morning from Australia! Up early enough to catch a bit of with - good to see lots of tweeps here too!
agreed! Very disheartened for me as ITE. They sigh when I come home enthusiastic and say 'I remember that...'
does it make a quantifiable difference? Would they be happier or not if they had to pay for coffee?
YES! (Sorry ) https://t.co/4UuQMHOXHR
A7 - SLT need to ignore OfSTED and focus on pupils and staff. That way, they'll make decisions which benefit both.
Treat teachers like they work at a startup tech company. Make them feel as special as they are.
Or have more classroom based progression routes.
investment, constant challenging CPD, being feel valued and supported in innovating change. Also just being nice!
biggest difference since moving to Australia - as HoD I only teach 15 lessons, one form group, one afternoon of sports.
You want the best talent, you have to treat them like they are the best.
or support development with practice-based masters or so. Makes you feel valued and celebrated
make a priority, opps for development, create a team (family) and show them appreciation!
This sounds like a much better balance! https://t.co/sEhdcgHE9Y
biggest difference since moving to Australia - as HoD I only teach 15 lessons, one form group, one afternoon of sports.
A7 Cake. Lots of cake. 🍰 Always a winner! Lots of thanks and cake. 😃
so if someone's not the best they don't get free coffee? Or they become good because of free coffee?
We had a local bakery that would bring in free cake each week. Big hit!
q5 working in a school - consistency helps retain, ever changing ideas, priorities can strain workplace relations
sense of community, feeling valued, able to challenge myself and trusting in the vision/ethos of the school
I think prob v true of schools https://t.co/UhDfqJXt3x
CIPD research supports that: no 1 reason for looking to leave jobs (across all sectors, not teaching) is poor r'ship w boss iirc.
Did someone mention CAKE?!
Investment in wellbeing and providing personal and professional CPD
stop messing with system. Let NGO of educationalists run the whole shebang inc. plan curric
Q8 - Experienced teachers are costly, how can schools balance both the books + their staffing? https://t.co/X9dlagBq5V
Too much cake chat. I'm on a diet.
A5 - A great team including SLT, a clear vision, room to innovate and excellent CPD
You’re welcome, David. Quality professional development and professional self-respect go hand in hand.
me too! A 5 week Christmas is too long!
recruitment & retention - members say addressing workload & work-life balance is important
…We empower pupils when we empower teachers.
schools are allowed to set pay, Gov should back up their decisions. A world class education system doesn't come cheap
Rub it in. Bloody freezing here too! 😉
absolutely true! 2 weeks prior to PGCE in school is a limited insight. Especially as often done in own secondary school
Time to raid your piggy bank https://t.co/rfUOhJ22FB
schools are allowed to set pay, Gov should back up their decisions. A world class education system doesn't come cheap
recruit where needed, and the best staff regardless of pay point. Middle leaders often provide the experience
haha if I wanted to rub it in, the hol is actually 7 weeks, only left England on Sunday! Sad to have missed the snow! :)
This is really tough to do.
A8 Be more creative with preretirement strategies. Some older Ts want to reduce roles without losing self esteem, value
q8 when do older staff become too expensive? At what price experience? I'm 51 and still have 12.5 years to full service 40 years
Not just older ppl everyone might find their circumstances changed and so need to re-address life
can schools use facilities more to drive income?
a6 lots of staff think their school is asking too much. It's same everywhere. Seems to be an atmosphere of fear
Not sure about that tbh. I haven't actually seen anyone asked to leave because of age.
how do new professionals feel about pay? Is reward important to recruitment as professions compete for talented graduates?
Yes. This is going to be vital. Are there tax issues? https://t.co/F7Kw8MbyVP
can schools use facilities more to drive income?
a5 feeling valued and job satisfaction is genuinely more important than money. Lead staff. Don't manage
Accept. They have their reasons. This day and age hardly anyone retires from the job they were trained in.
A8 reminded of the saying 'if you think hiring a professional is expensive, try hiring an amateur.' Sometimes experience counts
Agree! I’m returning to sch part-time due to new Dad status. Have long wanted to go part-time.
Lies, damn lies and statistics are ripping the heart and soul out of education. https://t.co/g34RpvwyUJ
important for SLT to have balance between people skills and stats. Press for statistical quality too hard and you lose the people
No other profession is as rewarding.
I think this is more to do with own perceptions and need to feel valued and get training to continue to develop.
use school facilities at certain times. Fitness suites,AstroTurf, but also don't give paper tasks that don't benefit kids
I completely understand. I wish you would stay but I can see why you would leave
I'd think that workload, conditions & issues with continuous service (in fragmented system) matter more. https://t.co/bSvaxByDMp
how do new professionals feel about pay? Is reward important to recruitment as professions compete for talented graduates?
not sure on tax implications... Read interesting article bout schools opening redundant facilities eve/wkend to public
maybe current school just isn't right fit? Try again, you may fall in love with teaching if you're in the right school
A9 Have they considered looking for a new challenge, perhaps in a different school?
...and remember to mention the free coffee.
I wish my little primary school had facilities like this!
Issue often is that you then have to step back from HoD or so. Jobshare??
a3 they can get the best staff, but then need to work hard to keep hold of them!
More schools should remember this before discounting experience. https://t.co/JE6I5cjIWV
A8 reminded of the saying 'if you think hiring a professional is expensive, try hiring an amateur.' Sometimes experience counts
. I have long found teaching so demanding that part-time was one option to cope with it.
Be clear when recruiting what you can afford. If experience is needed then budget plan needs to support it.
A9 You would need to know the professional. Do you want them to stay? Are they valued? Can you offer them help?
a2. By stopping moaning. It's all I ever hear! Embrace what is the best job in the world
this is why I am involved in Twitter, blogging and Teachmeets et al. CPDwith the keenies
Change your school rather than change your job! https://t.co/d9b44Za4jN
maybe current school just isn't right fit? Try again, you may fall in love with teaching if you're in the right school
I think we're missing a trick with not being more open to part timers
- Are there any other key issues, questions or problems with teacher ? are you listening?
It’d be great if schools considered the added value that they’d get from jobshares.
Especially at any leadership level
a1. I go into uni to do presentation to trainees. Do mock interviews and taster days. Use as opp to promote school
You may find some of my posts interesting, most to do with CPD, teacher training and research
https://t.co/n9wLPz7pgJ
I loved doing 6 months of P/T (3days) teaching in the UK - meant I had a life!
Retention issue. No huge ITT bursaries will solve the 50% dropout rate in 5years. https://t.co/M4RWHqO2gP
a3 they can get the best staff, but then need to work hard to keep hold of them!
That's what I meant earlier when I said flexibility is required.
I've done similar things to good practice
Just went to 3 days. Had to go self employed consultant route to do it.
Also, if one person ill jobsharer can step in because will know the role
We've been talking about this on . We have a leadership shortage but don't promote PT leaders. https://t.co/Sc4LlO9OkJ
It’d be great if schools considered the added value that they’d get from jobshares.
Good luck with it! I got a bit of stick from the full-timers!
it's been so successful. Added benefit that you're helping the trainees too. Win win.
try a change of setting, special schools are extremely rewarding
Pressing for increased quotas is predicated on notion that working harder produces bigger yield…
Ask what that person is really passionate about. Then advise.
