I really like it when teachers share through twitter and then can retweet and comment for all to see. We also use Claim It, Name It, Explain It through newsletter and staff PD to showcase classrooms #ohedchat
Here is a recent sample from one in our staff newsletter. @coach_tucker08 then shared with the staff that they were playing "MarioKart" in PE. He wrote an explanation to share. Same thing in person, just they stand and share #ohedchat
A2 Video reflections can help move that direction - especially if observing with a colleague (both are vulnerable). #ObserveMe other classroom observations, join in lesson planning #ohedchat
A3 Listen. As @ToddWhitaker says "I'm sorry that happened." Ask for their input and suggestions. Can acknowledge that they may be angry, may agree to disagree, but always talk about the importance of the partnership #ohedchat
One other thing that I really like about this is that it gives peeks into classrooms that everyone normally wouldn't be able to see. It's good for everyone to see what kids do in other places and to get ideas for how to do something differently #ohedchat

A4 Start with why. Why is it failing? And is our pride preventing it from being able to go anywhere. Some things gotta change - wouldn't keep the same seating chart all year from day 1. Don't automatically jump ship, unless the ship is engulfed w/ fire. Then jump! #ohedchat
A5 Strong teachers who don't collaborate, may not actually know how. I see a lot of lesson sharing, but not collaborating - taking an idea/goal and building together to make as strong as possible @MrsSchieberISD and @VBrockmeier have this down to a science! #ohedchat
Thank you @DrBobbyMoore and @drneilgupta I really enjoyed tonight's topic and discussion. Thanks for letting this gal from MO join in again on #ohedchat
